The Club has reviewed the updated guidance to the general public issued yesterday by the Scottish Government regarding the current covid situation. After careful consideration, the club has decided that our Annual General Meeting will now be an online Zoom meeting, rather than face-to-face at No. 10 Hotel as previously advised. Protecting the health of our members and club staff is of the highest priority and in the current environment we feel this change of format is the most appropriate way to proceed.
Members on the club’s email database will receive an email next Monday afternoon giving details how to join the meeting. Members who are not on our email database will be contacted by phone or letter in the next few days.
Any member who has a question is encouraged to submit it in advance by either email to email@example.com or by phone to the club office on 0141 632 1275 by 4pm this coming Friday 17 December.
Timing of the meeting remains the same, Monday 20 December at 6.30pm. As usual, our President and Treasurer will present their reports. In addition, members will be able to hear from our Chief Executive Leeann Dempster, who will provide an update on some of the key projects at the club. Our Head Coach Laurie Ellis will also provide his thoughts on the playing side as the club strives to build on last season’s success.
