Queen’s Park play Birmingham City U21 at Inverclyde Sports Centre, Largs on Tuesday, 29th of July in a behind-closed-doors pre-season friendly. Kick-off is at 7pm.
Queen’s Park head to the West Coast tomorrow night, where they will face Birmingham City U21 in their 3rd pre-season fixture ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The Spiders travel to Largs in fine spirits, having won 6-3 away against Stirling University in their last pre-season fixture.
Queen’s will also be bolstered by the arrivals of Ellie Kane and Emma Craig, who have signed permanent deals.
Speaking ahead of the match, Head Coach, Iain Robinson, said: “We’re looking forward to our 3rd pre-season fixture against what will be a tough opponent in Birmingham City U21s.
“Birmingham will be an unfamiliar opponent for us, which will present a different challenge than what we’re used to. Having previously played English clubs, we’re sure it will be a challenging game.
“We’ve had a full week of training towards it [the game]and the standards and intensity of training has been good with lots of excellent moments within it.”
Spectators are not permitted to attend the match.
