VOTES are open for our first Player of the Month award of the 2026-27 season.
After a strong showing in the Premier Sports Cup, and our first point gained of the season on Saturday, it’s time to reward the Spiders star you think has lit up the opening games this season.
Last season Josh Fowler, Matthew Shiels and Euan Murray each did the double and made two trips to Buck’s Bar southside in Cathcart Road, Mount Florida.
Who heads there next to collect a voucher from the award sponsor is up to you. Buck’s Bar is a rock’n’roll restaurant specialising in authentic buttermilk fried chicken and Nashville hot chicken, with venues across Glasgow plus Edinburgh and St Andrews.
Voting closes on September 4, 2026 at 5pm.
