QUEEN’S PARK FC can confirm Charley King will leave the club to take up a new opportunity in Scottish football.
Our long-serving Academy coach led the Spiders under-19s to the CAS Advanced Youth League and Cup double last season while also assisting Lee Mitchell and the under-17s to a similar achievement.
Last week he oversaw the start of their title defence with a 6-0 win over Edinburgh City.
In total, Charley has spent more than 18 years at Queen’s Park and will join a club in the William Hill Premiership later this month.
He will leave Queen’s Park with the club’s very best wishes and gratitude for his length of service and commitment to coaching so many of our young players over his tenure.
