Staff from Kilbryde Hospice, who are one of Queen’s Park’s Charity Partners, as well as the families of some of their patients will be in attendance tonight when the Spiders take on Dundee United in the cinch Championship at Hampden
Scotland’s oldest football club and Scotland’s newest Hospice, which is based in East Kilbride, recently announced a tie-up and everyone at Queen’s Park is delighted that our offer of free tickets for tonight’s game was taken up in good numbers.
As well as watching the action as part of the partnership the Queen’s Park players will wear Kilbryde Hospice T-shirts during the warm-up and with the game live on BBC Scotland everyone is pleased that Kilbryde’s name, and the magnificent work that they do, is being highlighted.
Free advertising via the LED Boards and Scoreboard that will be in place at the National Stadium is also designed to help promote the Kilbryde name and logo.
Queen’s Park’s Head of Commercial Kieran Koszary said: “Our partnership with Kilbryde has not long kicked off but it is great to see it working for both parties. They have people coming along to support Queen’s Park against Dundee United and we are using the platform we have to promote the fantastic effort that their staff put in.”
