As part of our ongoing community work, we are holding a food drive collection in the run up to our fixture with Falkirk on 4th December.
Supporters of both clubs are encouraged to donate food items which we can use to support our local community.
We would be particularly grateful for donations of the following items:
- Cereals
- Pasta, rice and pasta sauce
- Tinned soups and stew
- Tins of meat, fish, fruit, beans and vegetables
- Water, diluting juice and condensed milk
- Tea, coffee and hot chocolate
- Personal hygiene products
Can we politely request all food related items are within the relevant sell by dates.
You can make a difference by donating items at Lesser Hampden from 10am Tuesday 30th November and/or at Firhill Stadium from 1pm on match day, Saturday 4th December, at main reception at the rear of the Jackie Husband stand or at a designated section behind the John Lambie Stand (away fans).
Head of Commercial, Kieran Koszary said: “One of the things I have been hugely impressed with during my time at Queen’s Park FC is the willingness of the club and our fans to support the local community and once again I am sure they will get behind this initiative.
“From my time at Falkirk FC, I am also hugely aware of the generosity and willingness of the Falkirk support to support those in need and I am sure both sets of fans will unite to ensure this food drive is a success.”
Every item collected will be used to support local families in need.
