If you want to get ahead – get a hat

You have to take your hat off to the latest partner to join the ever-growing family at Queen’s Park FC

Scottish-based Big Bobble Hats have come on board to support the club’s Ticket for Schools initiative, which sees free tickets given to local schools, by offering every youngster who gets a ticket a Spiders-supporting black-and-white Big Bobble Hat to wear to the game.

And the Club and the company put their thinking caps on and will soon be launching a competition open to all Primary School kids in Glasgow to design the Official Tickets for School Big Bobble hat for next season.

The company produces beanies, bucket hats and baseball caps, and all their clothing products are designed in Scotland and named by customers via competitions on the company’s social media.

Ian Hockey, the company’s Co-Founder, said: “We are over the moon to be supporting the fantastic Queen’s Park FC Tickets for School initiative. Our passion is getting everyone as active as possible and we feel this is a great way to help get the stars of tomorrow out in the fresh air and enjoying themselves today”.

Kieran Koszary, Head of Commercial at Queen’s Park, added: “We are delighted to welcome Big Bobble Hats to the Queen’s Park family, they are a vibrant forward-thinking organisation who have a similar ethos to our club. This partnership means we can further enhance our Tickets for School initiative, and I look forward to seeing the kids sporting our colours on the hats on a match day”.
