QUEEN’S PARK FC is delighted to welcome Jack Hamilton to the Spiders.
The striker will join up with Sean Crighton’s first-team squad for the start of pre-season training next week, subject to SFA clearance, having been released from Raith Rovers at the end of season 2025-26.
Hamilton is a familiar face to many of the Spiders squad and supporters from his time across Scottish football – including a hat-trick against the club in January this year.
Jack said: “I’ll be looking for a role reversal this this season and scoring a few more for the club this season after scoring against them last term!
“I know a few of the players from my times at Raith and Livingston – I also played with Muzz at Hartlepool – I know it was a tight group last season and knowing so many boys already will hopefully help as I settle in.
“I came in earlier this month and had a look around. I was really impressed by the facilities here and then the gaffer was in contact with me regularly before I made my decision and now I’m really looking forward to it.”
Hamilton was immediately a target as soon as Sean Crighton heard of his availability.
The first-team manager said: “I knew of Jack coming through at Livingston and he had all the attributes then, and I just want him to come here, enjoy his football and work hard.
“Like the options we already have at the top end of the pitch he will give us something different. He is more than a target man, he is powerful, he can run and is a good finisher as we saw first-hand playing against him last season.
“I think he will definitely be someone to complement Michael, Callum and Toddy – when I see them all I think we can have a real attacking threat.”
