The 20-year-old former Scotland Schools shot-stopper has featured in three first team games for the Spiders since becoming the club’s first ever Modern Apprenticeship when he signed a professional contract in July 2020.

Jacques does not have to travel too far to meet his new League 2 colleagues today as they are facing Partick Thistle at Firhill with Queen’s Director of Football Marijn Beuker saying: “It is a great opportunity for Jacques to get game time which will aid his development.”
