QUEEN'S PARK are delighted to announce that forward Louis Longridge has signed a one year extension, with an option for an additional year
Louis first signed for Queen’s Park in August 2020, after playing the previous season with Falkirk. He made his debut for the Spiders against Partick Thistle in Betfred Cup on 10 October 2020.
In the two seasons Louis had been with us, he has made 62 appearances and scored ten goals.
This creative and skilful forward contributed much to our success in our back to back promotions.

Louis Longridge: ‘I can’t wait to play for Queen’s Park another season’
“I am delighted to finally get the deal done. I was in constant contact with the club and made up my mind as soon as I knew the club wanted to extend my deal. Getting the chance to work under the experience and knowledge of Owen and to be part of the modern vision that Marijn is already implementing at the club is something that excites me. I can’t wait to play for Queen’s Park another season and I’m determined to help bring more success to the club like we did in the previous two seasons.”
Marijn Beuker:’ A flamboyant and skilful attacker on the ball’
“We are very delighted to have agreed terms with Louis. He is a flamboyant and skilful attacker on the ball, but he can cause tremendous danger with his, off the ball, movements. We believe that Louis can benefit from the creative quality that we have in the team, bringing him more in the areas of the field he can be even more dangerous.”
Owen Coyle:’A great fit with the attractive vison on football we have’
“We are very happy to have re-signed Louis to the club. Louis is a creative player that can handle the ball very well. He is pleasing to the eye and he has shown, last season, that he’s a great fit with the attractive vision on football we have. Louis also is a fantastic personality which is very important to have in every team. That will be a good inspiration as well for the young prospects that will play more and more in our first team.”
