“As we get to the business end of the season it feels like the games start to come thick and fast, and this afternoon’s will be yet another tough challenge. We have been up against the form teams in Raith Rovers a few weeks ago, and Hamilton last weekend, and we now find ourselves up against the new in form team in Morton this afternoon. All credit to them as they are doing very well but we need to concentrate on ourselves going in to this one.”
“It’s vital that our focus is on being at our best and putting in a good performance. As we always say, we know that if we can perform to a high standard we are more than capable of winning games.”
“There will be a familiarity for both sides about each other and we know each others qualities. We know they are on a very good run and the only way for us to stop that this afternoon is by us doing very well and building on the performance at Hamilton a week ago.”
“Last week’s performance was obviously very pleasing but that is gone now and the focus has to be on reaching those same levels at Ochilview this afternoon. Ideally it would be nice to have the same, full squad at our disposal however there are likely to be one or two missing. That said, we have players who can step in and we’ll be looking for whoever does that, to show their quality.”

We would wish to advise Queen’s Park fans looking to attend to our cinch Championship meeting with Greenock Morton at Ochilview on Saturday, March 4 that Tickets for a seat in the Main Stand are close to being sold out.
Member and season tickets are valid for this match however we anticipate that if on-line sales for remaining seats continue at the same rate as we have seen today then they will all be gone by this evening.

Concession 65+ – £13
15 and Under – £8

In the event of Main Stand Tickets selling out alternative arrangements for access to the game will be made for Queen’s Park fans however these tickets will not be sold on-line. An update on these arrangements will be made on Saturday morning.
