Michael McGlinchey

Michael played youth football with Celtic. He signed a professional contract with Celtic and made his senior debut in December 2005.

He was loaned to Dunfermline Athletic in season 2007-2008  making 8 appearances for the Pars.

In 2009 Michael made the move to Central Coast Mariners in Australia.  He has a season loan to Motherwell in 2010. In 2013 Michael had another loan spell at Vegalta Sendia in Japan.

Michael left Central Coast Mariners in 2014 and joined New Zealand side Wellington Phoenix where he made 85 appearances for the club.

He re-joined Central Coast Mariners in June 2018 and played two season with them. 

Michael also had played four times for Scotland at U20 and U21 level before opting to play for New Zealand where he gained 54 caps.  

Michael played in the 2010 FIFA World Cup and the 2012 Olympic games for New Zealand.

Michael signed for us in October 2020.
