The premature ending of season 2019/20 has presented unexpected outcomes for both clubs and supporters. One example is for our season ticket holders, who have not had an opportunity to attend as many league games at Hampden as they were entitled to.
Having taken time to consider the situation, we have concluded it is right to offer a refund, for those who wish to receive it, to the value of the matches missed.
We are grateful to those supporters who have already indicated they do not want a refund. If you choose to leave the remaining value of your season ticket with the club, it is possible we may be able to recover VAT on any unclaimed refund. This of course would be of benefit to the club.
We appreciate, however, some season ticket holders may find a part refund helpful in these challenging times.
If you wish to apply for a refund, please contact our General Manager, Christine Wright via email – firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Tuesday 30 June 2020 providing your name, season ticket number and a contact telephone number.
If you have not contacted us by this date, we will assume you have given us your permission to attempt to reclaim any applicable VAT.
The club is carefully monitoring the position regarding the resumption of football. An announcement on season tickets for season 2020/21 will be made when the football calendar has been confirmed.
