Peterhead – Important Information

There are three pieces of important information for all spectators planning to attend our home game with Peterhead at Firhill on Saturday 25 September:

1 – Stadium Access
Due to an event being held by Scottish Canals on the north side of the stadium, all access to the stadium is via South Drive.

2 – Accessible Parking Spaces
At our last home game, a number of vehicles were parked inappropriately in the bays marked “Disabled Parking” adjacent to the rear of the Jackie Husband Stand. This resulted in a number of spectators being unable to use these reserved spaces and having to walk much further from their car to the turnstiles than should have been the case.

As a result, the club has worked out a plan that these reserved spaces will be blocked off and supervised by stewards. Any spectator who has previously advised the office they require an accessible parking space, should enter the car park via South Drive as normal, on approach to the accessible parking area show their blue badge to stewards, who will move bollards to allow parking.

3 – Supporters’ Association Shop
The Supporters’ Association will be operating the QP shop, starting with our home game with Peterhead. The shop, loaded with QP goodies, will be located inside the stadium close to the home turnstiles. Payment for purchases should be made by credit or debit card. The shop will operate from 2pm until shortly before kick-off, so arrive in good time to garb a bargain!
