We have worked with our on-line supplier to fix this and would request that anyone who has not experienced a smooth delivery of tickets to their in-box on-line carries out the following procedures.
Firstly, please click this link and login to you email account: https://go.microsoft.co/fwlink/?linkid=2035804. A page should open which includes the heading safe senders and domains together with the option to add to that list.
Please then click on add type in firstname.lastname@example.org (where our tickets are sent from) in the box provided and press enter.
These actions will add email@example.com to your safe senders list and you should now always receive smooth delivery of your tickets from the club.
