Queen’s Park team up with SRB Wealth Management for Juniors in Hamilton

Queen’s Park’s growing reputation for delivering partnerships that go beyond business will be in evidence again this weekend when Scotland’s oldest club teams up with short sponsors, SRB Wealth Management, to make it a day to remember for Juniors Charity for Hamilton.

Juniors provide vital support in their community by helping families and young people, many of whom will be coming along to this Saturday’s game when Dundee United visit The National Stadium at Hampden.

Spiders Ruari Paton and Stuart McKinstry recently visited Juniors Café to hand over the match tickets that have been provided by the club and SRB Wealth Management as well as Black and White scarves and T-shirts.

SRB Wealth Management are ensuring that the Juniors travel to and from the game in style, and also enjoy half-time snacks, with their Head of Investment and Compliance Mark Brough saying: “SRB Wealth Management Ltd are delighted to be supporting Juniors, a local charity, who help families with children escape poverty. We look forward to welcoming them to Queen’s Park for some action-packed football against Dundee United.

“If you have not already seen how you can support Juniors on a day-to-day basis we would encourage you to get involved. Their founder Lesley Robertson also has some fab coffee and treats which can be purchased to support the charity.”

Lesley herself added: “The children and families of Juniors Play Cafe are super excited to be attending the football game at Queen’s Park. It is proper Easter treat for the children who never normally get opportunities like this.

“We cannot thank Queen’s Park and SRB Wealth Management enough for giving the children this incredibly kind gesture. We would also like to thank SRB for providing transport and half-time food for the kids.”

Queen’s Park’s Head of Commercial Kieran Koszary said: “I believe that the partnerships Queen’s Park enter into go beyond just football on a Saturday afternoon. SRB Wealth Management believe the same and see the value of football clubs and businesses coming together to help local communities.

“We look forward to welcoming SRB Wealth Management and Juniors to Hampden.”
