Queen's Park v Airdrieonians - match preview
DANNY LENNON brings Airdrie to The city Stadium for the first time – and will face one of his former charges in the home dugout.
Sean Crighton was a player when Lennon had his first ointerim spell in charge of the Diamonds, but the pair will now go head to head in the WIlliam Hill Championship this weekend.
The match is also the annual Show Racism The Red Card awareness game, and Queen’s Park FC is proud to support the campaign on Saturday – and all year round.
The players will perform a pre-match display ahead of the match kick off.

The Season so far...
The Spiders and Diamonds occupy the bottom two places in the William Hill Championship, Queen’s Park albeit on goal difference from eighth place Ross County and three points off sixth.
Five points separates the sides going into the weekend – although Airdrie also have a game in hand on the hosts.
Optimism around The city Stadium has been high, for the most part of the season – despite a growing injury list in recent weeks and two disappointing results and performances against Arbroath.
When these sides met earlier this season in North Lanarkshire, it finished 1-1 with two high-quality goals – a free-kick from ex-Spider Euan Henderson and a fabulous leveller off the bench from Tyrece McDonnell.
Since then Airdrie have appointed Danny Lennon as full-time boss, replacing Rhys McCabe who departed the week before the first meeting.
