Queen’s Park would like to advise that after discussions, visiting supporters from Ayr United to the Saturday, January 27 game between the clubs at Hampden, will now be accommodated in Section I of the South Stand at The National Stadium rather than as originally advertised in Section P.
Spectator arrangements for Queen’s Park home games are planned on a match-by-match basis. This change is being made due to Section I being better suited to accommodate the larger number of visiting supporters now estimated to attend.
A club spokesperson said: “We would advise any Ayr fan that has already bought a ticket that their ticket remains valid. They should now, however, enter Hampden via turnstiles 84-91 from the Aikenhead Road side of the South Stand and occupy one of the seats in Section I on an unallocated basis – stewards will be on hand to assist if needed. New ticket sales to Ayr fans will be for Section I with seats also available on an unallocated basis. We believe that this move will enhance the match-day experience for all supporters.”
