Spectator Guidance Notes – Dumbarton

The club looks forward to welcoming as many supporters as possible of both Queen’s Park and Dumbarton to Firhill for our next cinch League 1 fixture on Tuesday evening. The following guidance is provided to help all spectators have an enjoyable visit.

Match tickets and live stream passes purchased for the fixture postponed on Boxing Day remain valid for tomorrow night’s game.

Lateral Flow Testing – the club strongly advises everyone planning to attend to take a lateral flow test before setting off.

Covid Passports/Evidence of Negative Lateral Flow Test Result – due to the size of the crowd expected, these are NOT necessary to gain entry to the stadium.

Car Parking – parking inside the stadium perimeter is very limited. Any spectator with mobility concerns should contact the club office, no later than 24 hours ahead of kick off, and office staff will do their best to reserve a space for you. Access to the parking area at the rear of the Jackie Husband stand is via South Drive. Please note, South Drive will be closed to vehicles 30 minutes before kick off to allow safe access for spectators on foot making their way to the turnstiles. Parking access after this time is via the North end of the stadium.

All vehicles will be kept in the car park for a short time after the final whistle to ensure spectators on foot can safely exit the stadium.

Queen’s Park Members and Season Ticket Holders – all members and season ticket holders who wish to attend can present their ticket at the turnstile as normal.

Sale of Match Tickets – Home Supporters – these remain on sale via our online ticket centre HERE. Please note tickets, can only be bought online, there will be no pay at the gate facility.

Visiting Supporters – tickets for visiting fans are still available to buy, only via our online ticket centre – HERE

Live Stream – the game will be available to view via our live streaming service for anyone unable to attend in person. You can buy a live stream HERE.

Physical Distancing – physical distancing is no longer required in the seating bowl so groups of friends and families can sit together to enjoy the game. Spectators do not need to occupy the specific seat number on their ticket. Should anyone wish to sit in a quieter area of the stadium, our stewards will help you find a suitable seat to watch the game. 2 metre distancing is applicable inside the stadium while queuing.

Face Coverings – unless exempt, it remains mandatory to wear a face covering in all internal areas of the stadium. Although a face covering is not required while outside in the seating bowl, please respect the right of any fellow supporters who wish to do so.

Catering – kiosks will be open as usual. Payment by contactless card would be appreciated.

General Guidance – these continue to be challenging times and the health and safety of our players, staff and spectators remains of the highest priority. The club encourage everyone planning to attend Firhill to:

  • take a lateral flow test before setting off. If that result is positive, follow guidelines – do not attend the game
  • make use of the hand sanitiser points located around the stadium
  • follow guidance on face coverings
