Spiders Make Community Teams Offer They Can’t Refuse

Queen’s Park FC today announced that every youngster playing in its community teams run by the Queen’s Park Foundation would be getting a free chance to watch their first-team heroes in action.

Following the success of the Club’s tickets for schools and community tickets initiatives all players taking part in the Foundation’s community football initiative will be given a free parent and child ticket to attend the match against East Fife on 9th April.

Charlie Bennett, CEO of the new Queen’s Park FC Foundation commented: “This is a very kind and welcome offer from the Club to all the players in our community football programme and further demonstrates the commitment of the club to community football and also our wider communities across Glasgow. Our young players will really enjoy watching the first team play and I’d imagine we will see a raft of new skills and some showboating at the next training session. I’m also sure many of them will be back cheering the Spiders on at subsequent games.”

There are still places in the boys and girls community teams. If you would like further information on our teams and community football programme please contact us at community@queensparkfc.co.uk
