Last week, Brian Jeeves, the chief sports correspondent for the Yellow Advertiser newspaper, based in Essex and covering West Ham, Spurs, Southend United, Colchester United and Leyton Orient was in Glasgow to cover the Hammers at Celtic Park.
With his good friend, Glen Johnson having recently taken up the post Queen’s Park’s goalkeeping coach, Brian met up with Glen outside Hampden to document his story.
Glen, born and bred in Southend-On-Sea, first supported the Shrimpers as a youngster before having to move away due to his career in football taking off.
That story has now been published on the Yellow Advertiser and can be viewed HERE.
