Fresh from the historic Championship play off success, he asked fans to get behind the club when season tickets and membership go on sale, and to continue with their passionate backing for the club.

“It’s been fantastic to be back in Glasgow, in the south side, amongst great people with such a feeling for their club.

“The welcome has been terrific, and everyone pulling together helped us to defy the odds and get over the line and into the championship.

“I want to keep building, keep the momentum, and I know we can achieve much more together. I know that we may face a few more months before the stadium is ready and we can really come home, but wherever we are our fans make it feel like home and that support will be vital next season in a tough league, but one we are determined to compete in.”
