Queen’s Park will see out 2023 with a home fixture against Airdrieonians on Saturday, December 30 and Scotland’s oldest club are delighted to offer a Football Fan Hospitality Package for the game.
The club’s Corporate Hospitality Packages, since returning to the south-side of Glasgow in the summer, have been very well-received, with the sold-out sign being in use frequently, however for the visit of the Diamonds we are looking to offer something different – our very own fan-friendly ‘Steak Pie Saturday.’
The ‘Steak Pie Saturday’, which will cost Members only £40 and guests only £50, will be held at The City Stadium.
We would encourage supporters to don their Queen’s Park tops and enjoy a drink, with the compliments of the club, on arrival at 12.15pm and with Sky Sports now available in the Lounge there is also the opportunity to watch another game in Glasgow that is being played that day.
A one-course meal that centres around the traditional New Year’s Day Steak Pie will be served and, as well as the meal, there will be some fun and games led by Club Host Dave Mac before our guests are escorted on the short walk to The National Stadium at Hampden where they will watch the game from padded seating in the South Stand.
At half-time more pies (not just steak ones), other savouries and hot-drinks will be available exclusively to our ‘Steak Pie Saturday’ fans in a lounge in the National Stadium and after the final whistle our lounge will re-open to welcome our guests in to discuss the 90 minutes of action as well as watching the post- match presentations and interviews.
A summary of what our ‘Steak Pie Saturday’ includes:
- A Drink, compliments of the club, on arrival.
- Pre-match Steak Pie meal. A vegetarian option of “Fake Pie” will be available – root vegetables and mushrooms
- Pay Bar
- Table Service Throughout.
- Pre-match Question and Answer session with a former Queen’s Park player and entertainment hosted by the legendary Dave Mac.
- Escorted walk to the National Stadium at Hampden Park.
- Executive padded seating in the South Stand.
- Half-time pies and hot drinks in exclusive Lounge.
- Return to the Lounge at the end of the game.
- Post-match presentations & interviews.
Prices for our Steak Pie Saturday season with Queen’s Park Members and Season Ticket Holders able to book their place for only £40 and non-members / season ticket holders £50 – these prices are inclusive of VAT.
