As we look to grow the Queen’s Park Family and attract fans of the future, we have been delighted at the success of our 'Tickets for Schools' initiative.
So far this season, over 300 school kids from the south side of Glasgow have attended our matches. They have received free transport to and from the game, a free Queen’s Park t-shirt and also had a visit from a member of our first team squad.
Martine Leith, Head Teacher, Croftfoot Primary commented: “I would like to thank Queen’s Park for selecting us to be part of their ‘Tickets for Schools’ initiative. For many of the children who attended, it was their first ever experience of a match. The children were made to feel like VIPs from their first interaction with Kieran, Head of Commercial, and loved watching Tommy Robson on the pitch, whilst telling everyone that they had played with him in their own playground just a few days prior. This was a great experience, and we look forward to working with the club and growing our partnership with them.”
