Top name returns to front of Queen’s Park Training Kit

Queen’s Park are delighted that the front of their training and warm up kit this season will have the name of Di Maggio’s emblazoned on them again after an already strong partnership was strengthened.

Di Maggio’s are part of the renowned DRG Group that proudly owns over 20 Restaurants in Glasgow, including Amarone, Barolo and Café Andaluz, and not only are they returning as training and warm up kit sponsors, but they have also agreed to return with their Design a Pizza competition that we run in conjunction with local schools and be launched over the coming weeks.

Kieran Koszary, Head of Commercial at Queen’s Park, said: “We’re delighted that a partnership that brings benefits to both parties as well as our strengthening our links with local schools is not just continuing but is growing stronger.

“The DRG Group came on board as they saw Queen’s Park as a club that want to do good in their local community. We have a much stronger presence in the southside of Glasgow since we returned this summer and we are looking forward to working with DRG and local schools to enhance that further.”

Mario Gizzi, Director of Di Maggio’s said: “We are delighted to be heading into our third season of being partners with Queen’s Park and each year we see more value in the relationship. It is always good to see our name on their training and warm-up kit whether that be on TV or at a game.

“Last season’s Design a Pizza competition was a real success with hundreds of entries and I am sure that this season’s one will be the same. I am looking forward to launching details of the competition soon.”
