Young Spiders to be Home Schooled

Queen’s Park stars of the future are to enjoy some home schooling - through a unique and fun way to learn what it takes to compete in elite football.

Following on from the success of the club’s innovative tickets for schools and community groups initiative, they are delighted to be offering all of the players from their Youth Academy the chance to watch their first-team heroes in action over the next couple of weeks at Firhill.

Each youngster will be given a pair of tickets to watch the home games against Clyde on Saturday 26th March and Cove Rangers on Sunday 3rd April, offering all teams an opportunity to attend due to the split of Academy fixtures.

Head of Academy, Gardner Spiers: “There is no better way for young players to learn by watching older, more experienced professionals perform, and practising what they learn from that. We are delighted that the Club is taking this initiative – it’s great as a learning tool and it is also something which will make all our Academy players feel deeply involved with the Club.”

Tickets will be issued via Academy coaches, however if you have any queries please email or call 0141 632 1275

Kieran Koszary, Head of Commercial, said: “We look forward to seeing players, coaches and parents on the day as we continue to grow the Queen’s Park Family.”

Please note we will be doing a similar initiative for our Community Kids on at our home fixture on April 9th, 2020. Details to be issued shortly.
